Cycle to Work Scheme
1. Add the e-bike or e-cargobike and any optional extras and accessories you wish to order to your cart
2. E-bikes and e-cargobikes are covered by the Cycle to Work Scheme up to the value of €1,500 (e-bikes) or €3,000 (e-cargobikes). If you select a bike worth more than the allowance, the balance must be paid during cart check out;
3. Once you have completed our check-out steps we will email you an invoice for the balance to be paid by your employer;
4. Once your employer pays that balance, we will send you a confirmation email and our customer care team will arrange a delivery time with you for collecting your bike from our city centre workshop
Shipping Policy
All of Bleeper's e-bikes and e-cargobikes can be collected (assembled & ready to ride) from our Dublin City Centre workshop. We provide nationwide delivery via a courier service. The cost of nationwide delivery varies depending on the size of the product, so please contact us for more information.
Refund Policy
If you change your mind you can return a product to us, but you must notify us within 7 days of your purchase. We cannot accept returned goods if they have been used or damaged. Please see our Terms of Purchase for more information about our Returns Policy.
Warranty
All of Bleeper's new e-bikes and e-cargobikes come with a 12-month warranty as standard, along with the manufacturers' warranties. Please see our Terms of Purchase for more information about our warranty.

Bleeper customers can claim special offers and discounts from Bikmo when obtaining insurance for their new bike.

To make things easier for you, Yuba developed a patent-pending rack system, allowing your bike to adapt to any type of cargo. The integrated Dual Rack System (DRS) has 4 different positions that provide unparalleled versatility to adapt to any type of ride on-the-fly. Q1: How do I pay for my bike?
You will be charged to the bank card you provide at checkout.
Q2: I have completed my order, what's next?
We will contact you to let you know when your bike is ready for collection. Bike pickups take place from our workshop in Merchants Quay, D08 K3KD.
Q3: Do you have a warranty?
Yes we have a 12 month warranty protecting you against any defects.
Q4: How do I charge the my electric bike?
There is an input on the right side of the battery where you can connect the charger. You can charge the battery when it is placed in the e-bike or you can slide it out of the frame and charge it inside your house.
Q5: Is it possible to install a child seat on my eBike?
Almost all of the ebikes and cargo bikes which Bleeper sells can be adapted to fit a child seat. Some cargo bikes models can accommodate more than one child seat. Please contact our Customer Care team if you have queries about a specific bike model or child seat.
Q6: How many kilometers can I ride with a fully charged battery?
The range of your e-bike depends on several variable factors such as the total weight being carried (including the rider), the power setting being used (Eco Mode vs Turbo Mode), the terrain (especially hills) and weather factors such as temperature and wind. Because of all these variables, it isn’t possible to give an exact range for an ebike in terms of kilometres, but we can provide estimates for the low and high ends of the range of each bike.
