The Bleeper shared bike service is transitioning to a new app platform. At midnight on the 2nd of December 2025, the old Bleeper app will stop working and the new app will become active.
Users will have to download and install the new app to continue using Bleeper's services after December 1st 2025. Here's what you need to know and do:
Install the New Bleeper App
The first thing you need to do is to install the new Bleeper app on your phone. The new Bleeper app icon looks like this:

Log in to your Bleeper account
If you are an existing Bleeper customer your account details and credit balance will automatically transfer to the new app, but you must follow these steps to access your account:
When you first open the new app, you should ignore the 'Sign Up' instructions and tap 'Log In' at the bottom of the screen:
You will be prompted to enter your phone number, and then you'll be sent a confirmation code. (This message might be labelled as "Likely Scam" but it's unlikely to be a scam - it's probably us.)
That should be it! Your existing Bleeper account should now be up and running on the new app, so you're all set.
