Residents of Fingal can now avail of a special Bleeper pass which gives them the first 30 minutes of every Bleeper trip for FREE.
The new Fingal Pass has been made possible thanks to the support and cooperation of Fingal County Council, and is available to anyone who lives in Fingal.
Anyone who wishes to avail of the Fingal Pass must complete a short online application form - and provide proof of address - to access the service.
When you use the Fingal Pass, the first 30 minutes of each Bleeper trip will be completely free, and you will be charged the normal hire fee after 30 minutes.
The Fingal Pass only applies to Bleeper's pedal bikes, not our e-bikes or cargo bikes. E-Bikes and Cargo Bikes will continue to be charged at their normal rates.
